• “You need access”: Click Request access or log in with same email used for the course.
• Account mismatch: Click your photo (top-right) → Switch account.
• Quota exceeded: Add shortcut to Drive → open → Make a copy → download the copy.
• Pop-ups blocked: Allow pop-ups for drive.google.com.
• Slow download: Use Wi-Fi or free some storage.
• Preview not loading: Right-click (or long-press) → Download.
