Terms & Conditions

Driving Duration

The package includes up to 11 hours of practical driving, including scheduled breaks.

Additional Driving Hours

If the participant chooses to drive beyond the included 11 hours, an additional charge of ₹450 per hour will apply.

Instructor's Decision

The instructor reserves the right to stop or suspend the driving session if the participant's driving is considered unsafe or if the participant fails to follow safety instructions.

Vehicle Damage Policy

The training vehicle is insured. However, if any damage to the vehicle is caused due to the participant's negligent, reckless, intentional driving, or failure to follow the instructor's directions, the participant shall be responsible for the applicable repair costs, insurance excess (deductible), or any uninsured loss, as permitted under the applicable agreement and law.

Traffic Violations

Any traffic fines, penalties, legal charges, or violations resulting directly from the participant's actions while driving shall be the participant's responsibility, where permitted by applicable law.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

Follow all instructor instructions.
Drive responsibly at all times.
Carry any required driving documents, if applicable.
Respect all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Food & Accommodation

Food, accommodation, refreshments, and personal expenses are not included in the package.

Accompanying Persons

Each participant may bring up to 2 accompanying persons at no additional toll charge.

Trip Changes

Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the trip due to adverse weather, road closures, vehicle issues, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Policy

Advance booking is mandatory.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center.
