📌 Please Read Carefully Before Taking Admission
🕓 Expired Slots & Learner’s License

If any training slot remains unused for more than 6 months, it will be considered expired.

In that case, the remaining classes will no longer be available.

If more than 6 months pass, the student’s Learner’s License (LL) will be considered cancelled (as per rules).

The student must pay the full license fees again and restart the license process from the beginning.
🆕 Class Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class at any time.

On the day of your class, you must inform at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot.

If informed on time, the class will not be counted.
-
If informed less than 2 hours before the slot, the class will be counted as completed.
✔ Applicable for: Bike, Scooty, Car & Cycle Training
💰 Admission Fees

Admission fees must be paid before starting classes or during online slot booking.
-
Admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
🚗 Damage Responsibility

If any vehicle damage occurs during training due to the learner’s mistake, the student will be responsible for the full repair cost.
📅 Weekly Class Limit

Students can attend a maximum of 3 days of classes per week.

Scheduling will be arranged based on trainer and slot availability.
🌦️ Weather & Natural Causes
-
Classes may be affected due to bad weather or rain.
-
You may cancel the class in advance if necessary.

If it rains during training, you may continue or stop — however, the class will still be counted.

For safety reasons, the trainer has the right to cancel or reschedule the class.
⏰ Late Policy
If the student is late:
-
No extra time will be provided.
-
Lost time due to late arrival will not be compensated.
If the trainer is late:

If the trainer starts the class later than the scheduled time,
-
The delayed time will be fully compensated.
📩 Class Confirmation
-
Confirmation must be given between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM on the previous day of the scheduled class.

If confirmation is not given within the specified time, the next day’s class will be automatically cancelled.

Students must keep their mobile phones reachable for confirmation messages.
🧑✈️ RTO Driving Test
-
The institute will not be responsible if a student fails the RTO driving test.

During the test, the vehicle provided by the RTO must be used.
-
Bike / Scooty learners may use their own vehicles for the test.
-
Re-test fees: ₹1000–₹1500 (as per RTO policy).
