🧾 Learner Test (RTO Process)

During the Learner License (RTO) process, please note the following important points carefully:

1. If your documents or ID proof have any discrepancy, mismatch, or incomplete details, the learner license approval may take extra time.

2. Due to RTO server issues or system downtime, your learner test or approval process may sometimes be delayed.

3. In certain cases, students may be required to visit the RTO office personally for final verification or to complete the test.

   
   
   

4. In some situations, depending on your Aadhaar verification or KYC status, you may be allowed to take the learner test from home (online) or may have to visit the RTO office in person.

6. Such scheduling, verification mode, or delays are completely dependent on RTO operations and are not under the control of Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center.

7. If the Learner License expires after 6 months, a new application must be submitted again — including all RTO fees and driving license charges from the beginning.

8. Once the RTO process or payment is initiated, no refund will be possible under any circumstances.

9. Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center will guide and assist you at every step of the process, but the final approval or test result always depends on the concerned RTO authority.

10. If you fail in the learner test, the responsibility will lie solely with the applicant. Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center or any third party will not be responsible for such outcomes.
