🧾 Practical DL (Driving License) Test – Terms & Conditions

Please read the following points carefully before appearing for your RTO Driving License Test:

  • Students appearing for the DL (Driving License) test must use the vehicle provided at the RTO testing ground.
  • Learners for Bike or Scooty may use their own vehicle for the test if preferred, but for four-wheelers, the test must be given only in the car provided at the RTO.
  • Providing a new or different vehicle for testing is not possible under any circumstance.
  • Students must appear for the DL test within 6 months of their learner license issuance.
  • Failure to appear within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the learner license. You must reapply for the DL by paying the full fees again.
  • No refund or adjustment of fees will be provided under any circumstance.
  • If a student fails the RTO driving test, Prasanta Kar Motor Training Center will not be responsible for the result.
  • Occasionally, DL booking may be delayed due to RTO server issues, technical setup problems, or scheduling constraints.
  • Such delays are controlled by the RTO authorities and are beyond the control of the training center.

⚙️ Additional Important Note

If a student does not appear for the Driving License (DL) test within 6 months of obtaining the Learner License, the learner cannot be renewed simply for the purpose of taking the DL test.
In that case, the student must apply for a fresh Driving License again by paying the full RTO fees and completing a new Learner License application.
Once the new Learner License is issued, it will again have a validity of 6 months, during which the DL test must be completed.
